− Es un lugar sucio con mal olor . Lamento mucho esto ya que las fotos no corresponden a lo que alli encuentras . Por estos motivos cancele la reservacion.
goede locatie maar de extreem slechte staat van de accommodatie overschaduwde het verblijf.
3.0Het personeel, bestaande uit 2 schoonmaaksters waren erg aardig. Spraken alleen geen engels, dus communicatie was slecht. Schoonmaaksters gaven elke dag nieuwe handoeken en een net opgemaakt bed. Receptionist ontbrak. Locatie was uitstekend, op loopafstand van het strand en het treinstation. Ubers van het vliegveld Lissabon naar de locatie was goed betaalbaar (rond de 20 euro) wij hebben ook een nacht in de family suite gezeten (duurder dan deze kamer), deze was schoner en ietwat moderner.
− De kamer was heel erg vies en onhygiënisch. Schimmel op de muren en in alle kitnaden, kakkerlakken in de badkamer, nare geur, verrot hout in de badkamer, koelkast vol schimmel (niet te gebruiken), meubilair zeer gedateerd, vlekken op het beddengoed en handdoeken, matras erg oud, vies en bevlekt, badkamer deur sloot niet en was aan elkaar gemaakt met ductape. Schoonmaakster, hoewel zeer aardig, kwamen onaangekondigd elke ochtend rond 10 uur binnen voor hun schoonmaakronde. We konden niet aangeven of we dit wel of niet wilde. Receptionist ontbrak, dus weinig mogelijk om dingen aan te geven.

5.0Gostar gostar não gostei de nada, foi apenas aceitável
− A limpeza era péssima, quase inexistente. Estava tudo sujo quer dentro do quarto individual quer na casa de banho partilhada. Pingas questionáveis na parede, portadas de janela e porta do quarto (que eu própria limpei com um toalhete e saiu os funcionários apenas não passaram um pano...), o chão com cabelos e lixinhos, a sanita cheia de manchas e sujidade, a cortina do duche manchada... A única coisa limpa eram os lençóis da cama, isso sim notava se que estava lavado o que me deixou mais descansada
