It was average but the staff was great!

Get rid of the carpet. No amount of cleaning can get out the smell. Replace with laminate or vinyl.

Uncomfortable experience
4.0The hotel is so trashy and was not worth the money I paid. The paint is bad. The carpet is torn up. It’s dirty everywhere. I’ve stayed in hotels for this nightly price that have been way more taken care of. To top it off, when I was given keys to my room and went upstairs, my door was propped open by the latch. Like someone had been in there. Frank at the front desk assured me it was my room and when I requested a different room bc that made me uncomfortable, he offered to go look at the room to make sure no one was there. He also told me the hotel was full and I couldn’t be moved. When I expressed again that this made me super uncomfortable, he then tried to see if there was another king room to switch me to even though he had said it was full. Then in the morning, housekeeping was knocking on my door to come in 30 mins before check out even though I had the do not disturb sign on. This was overall such a horrible experience, especially as a solo female traveler, and I would not ever stay here again.
