− Whole place a bit tired and old fashioned. Need decent outdoor furniture , especially things like a sun shade , decent bbq etc.

10.0The location was excellent, right on the beach with lovely views and amazing sunrises. We loved the spacious seating area and kitchen. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The proximity to Aldeburgh and Thorpeness made it very special.
Great stay, location is ideal and overall a great house to stay in. Would recommend.

− Hot water is very hot and taps turn wrong way. Had to be careful due to small child and elderly parents. Well stocked kitchen but only two piece toaster which isn’t great for capacity of house.
