Seculuded lakeside luxury
10.0Silkwood is absolutely beautiful, and the cabin is exceptional. It's quiet and very well appointed for a luxury getaway. We loved the view of the lake, the fireplace, the spa and the very comfortable bed. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything we need to cook a delicious meal. It's not far to drive to local attractions, but really, we just loved being in our own hide-away at the bottom of the vineyard.
− There was no one on the property when we arrived, and we did not know which cabin we were staying in. We found the key in the door, but were not confident that we were in the right place until we went back to the main building and found a note stuck to the door. Once we settled in we had a fabulous time.

− Was a shame the restaurant is closed at the moment. Hopefully it will be open again soon! :)
Comfortable and Cosy
8.0The cottage was amazing - well thought out - a great couch for 2 people and a spa bath. A large selection of silkwood wines were available in the cottage wine fridge. The view of the dam and the privacy were our favourite things
