− We couldn't get the heating going on first night so had to ask Manager to come help us. There were 3 beds but only 2 blankets so we also had to call the Manager again and he seemed a bit unhappy after two calls. The towels had some hairs on them. The main bathroom did not have a rubbish bin. The unit was missing a chopping board and dishwashing sponge and the dishwasher socket wouldn't close. On sat night, due to the heavy rain, I also had a nasty fall just outside the apartment entry. While it is my fault, however, the step/ramp/uneven surface contributed to this so it would be good if it can be looked at to avoid any future incidents by other people. Luckily, I did not have more serious injury other than bad bruises on my knees and sore body from the fall.

− Was next to the main road, apartmnent was extremely loud, plus a very cheap matress on bed was uncomfortable. Bedding supplied in mid winter, was a large blanket... which is kind of wild.
