Staffs were friendly. Dinner was awesome. Staff available anytime. Very early morning also services like hot water are provided. Room atmosphere was good and everything were neat and clean.

Breakfast was very average with just 2-3 items, its not at all worth. When breakfast is available, its normal to expect a kitchen/restaurant will be present but here only breakfast was available for Lunch/Dinner you need to go out. This is very bad experience provided there is not very good hotels near by.

− The rooms were very old and were not well maintained. There was Generator next to our room which constantly made noise as there was no power most of the time. Also there was electrical problem within the property which made us to wait outside to room for more than 2-3 hours. The property is very steep from the road and for everything we need to claim almost 4-5 floor. The stairs were not good and broken. Kind of life risking to claim those stairs at night time. there were not ample car parking as well, I had to park my car next to my room which is with 40-50 degree inclination, a small mistake would put my car into the valley. there were not many workers as well, for everything only one person doing all the odd jobs.

I am giving the same rating as it was on Booking.com as this is not a complaint per se.Letting people know what to expect. PBI is built on the steep slopes of a hill. Which means you have to go up or down flights of steps to reach anywhere. Our room was five flights down, or three floors down. Luckily the helpful staff was around to carry the luggage! Decent breakfast and great coffee are pluses. Restaurant is otherwise closed because of the fuel crisis. Very few restaurants deliver and they stop at the slightest hint of rain or traffic. They spent money getting professional photographs taken. Kudos to them. There are gardens and children's parks, but we were too scared to risk the steep steps, most without guardrails. No possibility for fans in the rooms, the ceiling is too low. If it hadn't rained, we would have felt the heat. This property is good value for money for young couples or fit parents with kids over 10. A big no no for the elderly or out of shape or those with young kids.
