10.0Arrived too warm welcome at reception.Able to access the room which was on the second floor and had a balcony looking towards the sea. The room is comfortable with air-conditioning the breakfast was superb Continental style is home-made bread and cakes unlimited tea and coffee pool has a small childrens area next to a small play area.The location is just across from grottemarre beach The hotel has parking for around about eight cars with two charging points. It’s about a 30 minute walk into the Harbour area well worth it many restaurants in the market. This hotel has a small boutique type and the staff are fabulous. Its location is between go grottemarre and s bennitino both train stations that can get you to Ankona airport a cab is about €20. As well as a full range of restaurants opposite there is a pub less than 100 m away go to Sherwood run by an Italian family who made us most welcome
