I went to Pescara in order to visit my wife‘s family and spent some time at the Pescara Centro Luxury Suite II. Lovely modern rooms with all you need and close to the station. Booked another stay in April which i had to cancel on short notice due to a strike of the italian railway company. The hotel management was very helpful in finding a solution (thank you!). I will try to book this hotel again next time when in Pescara.

My stay in your luxury suite suits me properly. I can notice your concern about the guests' satisfaction: comfortable rooms and up to date bathrooms, everyday cleaning, nice people around us, breakfast perfect for starting the day, and things any tourist needs during the holiday (umbrellas, books to read, any type of charger and a place to leave luggage. Thank you a lot for a perfect location in the city center near the main shopping area!

Not a good impression at first, but when you enter the apartment, it's something else.

At first when I arrived, I was a bit surprised because it is located in an old building with an obsolete elevator. But when we got to the apartment, it was a different story. The rooms are in a completely remodeled apartment, all very new. The staff is very friendly. It is super well located, as it is in front of the central station which has a very large parking lot and two square has the main street of the city.

A very nice luxury room. The first time in a B&B abroad where you can sleep normal because the bed is from A very good quality. Many places don’t understand why you stay at there place: you want to sleep well. That’s possible at this place! The host was also very friendly in explaining everything. The only thing what makes it a little bit more romantic is a change of lights from hell white into warm white ☺️. But that’s all.

The manager had our booking for May whereas we booked for April. The manager was able to find suitable accommodation nearby. The replacement accommodation was 8 out of 10.

This apartment is ideal. Close to the city, walking distance to all amenities. Opposite the station. Staff friendly and helpful. Bathroom good - whole apartment is modern.
