Horrendous!
2.0Horrendous!!!!!! HORRENDOUS!!!!!! I use kochi as a transit base given personal matters to be taken care of and use budget hotels often given it's just for few hours or max a night stay. Booked at Treebo trip based on the reviews and the photos and all I can say its completely misleading. I sincerely request Hotels.com.to check the star rating of the hotel and please correct this as it does not deserve even a 1 star! The room was at best moderate (mind you it's the deluxe room), beds looked like they needed a change over not to mention totally dusty bed rails and headboard, the fan was just creaking all night, the ac not cooling, however the icing and cherry on the cake was the towels dirty & ragged and the bathroom clogged when having a bath. Spoke to receptionist at 1.00am (just after we checked in) and he inferred that the towel was dirty cause we used it!!!!!!! He seemed to go on to infer by his tone and and attitude it was my mistake for booking at the hotel!! To top this we landed up paying for a late checkout and for an airport drop where the service was at best miserable...I had to load and unload my luggage. I get the concept of budget but have never complained before as almost always had a clean, comfortable and pleasant experience....this was just horrendous

A little far...
6.0Really want to like this place, but. The location on the map is wrong. It is actually much farther from airport, not walking distance at all. It is actually even farther than where the hotel cluster is. Service was very good. Everyone was very nice and helpful and warm. Room good size, but the bedding/ cover I don’t think it was clean/ changed. There were hairs and specks all over. I had to wipe it down with my disinfectant... but the rest of the room & bathroom was relatively clean.
