Great location clean room staff couldn't do enough for me and breakfast was made from proper butchers produce 10/10

Comfortable beds. Nice Breakfast

− Paid for 2 nights bed with breakfast. On second went for Breakfast but doors to dining room locked and no one about so no breakfast

A pleasant stay

Jordan and his team went out of their way to make our stay a good one, with everything in our room that we could need. I'm coeliac, they provided a lovely big gluten free breakfast for me and my wife enjoyed hers too. By his own admission the rooms are a little dated but the beds are really comfortable and the parking is free. Thank you Jordan

Absolutely appalled at the place

Nothing! Photos show a Seaview, there isn't one. Does anyone not physically check out these places and the photos etc? Apparently not. The steep staircase to the room was extremely dirty with lots of dried mud on it. The room was cold, sparsely decorated with junk shop furniture, cold, sticky carpet, no lamps on the bedside cabinets, the bathroom was extremely narrow-I could touch both sides of the walls standing in it, couldn't get into the shower cubicle as it's far too close to the toilet,no radiator in it either. Full length mirror on the wall outside the bathroom entrance and just before the main door but you couldn't see yourself in it as there was no ceiling light. You couldn't open the bathroom door and the main door at the same time either. We paid before we saw the room so we got a full refund and left. We shan't be going back. It's just a shabby back street pub. Your site said it had one room left, that was a lie as we were the only one's booked in that night.

− See all the above. So bad we drove the 1hr and 30mins home! You need to physically check these properties. And also the rating on your site. It should be a 0 with a description of Very disappointing, not a 5.2 and Passable!

One male staff member was friendly.

− Dirty cutlery, tiny amount of toilet paper, leftover food underneath the bed which was propped up with a paint can! No pillowcases on the pillows. Sticky carpets. Had to ask twice for pillowcases and toilet roll. Not good value or enjoyable.
