“Superior” room not like the photos
6.0Despite booking a Superior room we were given an old one that did not match the photos. The bathroom was not nice and not clean enough. The receptionist made us wait an hour for our room despite our arriving after the check-in time, without apology. The lobby bathrooms were also not nice.

8.0Otel genel olarak güzel ve kullanışlıydı. Kahvaltısı gerçekten güzeldi. Temizlik ve hizmet konusunda iyilerdi. Gelmek isteyenler için gerçekten önerebileceğim bir yer. Sadece benim kaldığım odanın camı bina arasına bakıyordu. Yazabileceğim tek kusur bu. Onun dışında gerçekten tekrar gideceğim ve gidenlere de önereceğim bir otel.

2.0Our reservation was not honoured and we paid a lot more. The room was clean but soundproofing was non-existent. Noise from other rooms and toilets was very loud and disturbing.

10.0Uzun bir yolculuğun ardından sıcacık karşıladılar, çay ve çorba ikram ettiler . Genel anlamda memnun kaldık. Samsun’a geldiğimizde yine aynı yerde kalırız.
