10.0The property is very spacious and equipped with everything you might need (all the small details are thoughtfully provided- salt, tea bags, kitchen towels etc). There’s plenty parking on-site. The location is perfect - close enough to the beach and well positioned for exploring Devon.
Very cold and miserable

− Only one heater in the whole property in the lounge with no instructions other than online copy. That doesn’t make a difference when the remote battery’s are flat and when swapped with the useless TV remote it has a blank screen so any instructions are useless. The duvet are lightweight so no help with the cold The curtains are hanging from the tracks. The doors need decorating as they spoil the rest of the property. Black hair was found on the work surfaces. Not good at all.

− Because accommodation was privately owned , weneeded some clarification as to whether linen etc needed to go in communal bin. Also, a couple of baking trays in kitchen would have been useful because otherwise the kitchen was well equipped. We were surprised at the cost for the use of the swimming pool as there is no reference to this in the information. We were only there for the weekend so only used the pool once ( which is great btw). Most holiday parks we have stayed in include the cost of all facilities on site. So an extra £30 + per day ( depending on how many of us used it out of our group of 6) does seem excessive.

10.0Fantastic property on a great holiday park. The property was clean and spacious. All towels and bedding provided. There was even a little welcome package with milk and biscuits. Would definitely recommend and we will be staying again!
