Higiene do quarto deixou a desejar
4.0Gostaria de relatar uma situação que encontrei ao chegar no quarto. Percebi que o lençol da cama aparentava não ter sido trocado, pois estava com diversos fios de cabelo, claramente de outra pessoa. Isso me causou bastante desconforto, considerando os padrões de higiene esperados em um hotel. Solicito, por gentileza, que providenciem a troca imediata da roupa de cama diariamente e reforcem a atenção com a limpeza e higienização dos quartos.

6.0Bom o hotel é mediano, o problema foi que, os quartos voltados para a avenida, não possuem janelas com isolamento acústico, ou seja, são janelas simples que torna o descanso impraticável devido ao barulho da avenida. No café da manha, a atendente ainda estava com sono, prestatividade zero.

10.0Fico hospedado nesse hotel há mais de 20 anos, quando o nome ainda era Brusque Hotel Palace, muito bom, custo benefício é ótimo, extremamente limpo e cheiroso, a única coisa que deixa a desejar é que o restaurante do hotel à noite fecha muito cedo 21:30hs, poderia fechar mais tarde, visto que estamos a passeio e ficamos na rua até mais tarde. Pra mim é o único ponto negativo.
