8.0Gute Lage, modern, Personal sehr freundlich.
− Für deutsche Verhältnisse war das Zimmer extrem klein. Für japanische Verhältnisse war das Zimmer sehr groß. Zum Schlafen und als Ausgangspunkt ist das Hotel absolut empfehlenswert.
Passable hotel, but you can get better for less money
5.0Location is excellent, right by a metro exit, so very handy. Also near lots of restaurants and shops. Staff are friendly and professional, but that's applicable to everywhere in Japan. Breakfast is quite good.
− Very small room. There's a large massage armchair that takes up a lot of space and is in my opinion a waste. It would be better to get rid of it and use the space more efficiently. The bed is also a bit on the narrow side. One of our towels had a nasty smell. They changed it immediately, but I don't think that should have happened in the first place. A bit expensive for what you get, compared with the other hotel (same category) we stayed at in Tokyo at the beginning of our trip
