10.0The amazing welcome with bubbles on arrival - friendly staff (mostly but particularly the cleaners) - great food in the restaurant - short walk to Inverness city centre with shops & restaurants.
− It felt very fancy - we felt a bit like we were being judged in our tshirts & jeans. Dinner was extremely expensive - great food, but expensive.

10.0Friendly and efficient check in. Rooms were clean, well appointed with comfortable beds. Location was good-short walk to restaurants and shopping.
− Food at the restaurant was good, but we had to send one of our meals back because it was undercooked. They did take care of this promptly.
