10.0I arrived 12 hours late after missing my connection. Staff ensured my airport transfer was changed and even helped me with a sulphur bath appointment. My room was tiny but clean, quiet and adequate for one person. Breakfast was sufficiently filling, but is put away promptly at 11 (so set an alarm). Front desk is always available to assist with directions. Able to store luggage after checkout. Great hotel near Old Town!

10.0The staff were friendly. The property overlooks a famous church at the front and river. And to the rear there is a view looking up towards the castle.
