Gentile Andrea, desidero esprimerti il mio più sincero apprezzamento per il soggiorno presso la tua struttura. La villa è estremamente affascinante, in particolare per l'ampia disponibilità di camere dotate di servizi privati e per la funzionalità della cucina adiacente alla splendida terrazza. Abbiamo inoltre molto apprezzato la taverna e l'area piscina dotata anche di bagno adiacente. Ti ringrazio sentitamente per la tua disponibilità e premura, con una menzione speciale per averci consentito di anticipare l'ingresso di un'ora e mezza rispetto all'orario previsto. È stato un soggiorno piacevole e improntato al massimo comfort.

Wunderschönes, großes Haus mit viel Charme und ausreichend Parkplätzen – ideal auch für unsere Rennradgruppe. Die Zimmer sind sauber, groß und komfortabel und es gibt genügend Bäder/WCs für alle. Die große Terrasse mit Grill, das Esszimmer sowie Pool und Olivenhain sorgen für echtes Urlaubsgefühl. Perfekter Ausgangspunkt, um die wunderschöne Emilia-Romagna zu entdecken. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die große Freundlichkeit des Vermieters, der sich bei Fragen oder Anliegen immer sofort gekümmert hat. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Mille Grazie nochmal an Dich Andrea;)

Beautiful large villa with pool and exceptional views.

A lovely large villa with pool in the beautiful medieval town of Mondaino.. The bedrooms were all large with air conditioning and en suite bathrooms. The well equipped kitchen opened up onto a large terrace with amazing views of the medieval castle and surrounding hills. The swimming pool was a welcome respite from the July heat. There were many great restaurants and bars nearby and the beautiful seaside town of Pesaro was just over half an hour away by car. The historic city of Urbino was also close by, as were many hilltop towns. We certainly didn't want to leave this magical place and would love to return.

Good place to stay.

Good location, with wonderful view. Comfortable place to stay for a group of friends. Plenty of space to relax by the pool and have fun. Convenient place to stay and visit Urbino, San Marino, Rimini, Pesaro, Gabicce Mare.

Amazing large family house on top of a hill

Great house for families or even for multiple families. Each bedroom has it’s own bathroom so you have privacy. Completely fenced garden so safe for the dog. Nice pool. Beautiful terrace next to the kitchen. Parking for 3 cars on the premises. Andrea and his wife are the perfect hosts. The house is so big that we even did not use all rooms. There is several good restaurants within a few kilometer from the house. Central position to visit San Marino, Urbino, Rimini.

− Old houses have always minor things but nothing serious. And if needed Andrea solves the issue fast. Remote of the main gate regularly did not work, meaning it took us 5 to 10 minutes trying. But gate can always be opened with the key. Be aware it is a 15 to 20 minute drive from the highway up the hills to the house. The views are worth it though.
