We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there for 6 nights. Even though the hotel is rather away from where the actions were, but
9.0The property has nice warm outdoor pool which we all enjoyed very much especially after being out in a hot & humid day. It was nice to be able to relax in the pool in the arvo.
− No pool bar and there’s no cover between the hotel to MTR Station as you go up the escalator on the walk path bridge.

10.0Very clean , amazing staff members in all departments, delicious with more option breakfast. My children enjoyed heated pool.Close to the MRT and Ocean Park Resort.

8.0During our stay, the staff were generally friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the one bad experience was when I was at the cashier counter doing my check out. The staff serving me was totally distracted. She spent her time talking to another staff when I was standing in front of her waiting for her to complete the process. She was also not keen to answer my queries. She was very impatient. Likely in a wrong job! I have to say that the folks (gentlemen) helping us to get our transport to the airport were excellent. Helpful, efficient and very friendly.
