− Booking.com messed up our reservations twice on this trip. The first time they reserved the wrong days. The second time they reserved a room with 1 King and a trundle for 4 people even though we reserved a room with 2 queens. Of course there is no way to call Booking.com to complain. They only provide the hotel property number which are powerless to correct booking.com's mistakes
