7.0La casa è molto accogliente e dotata di molti confort. In posizione centrale per cui è stato facile spostarsi. Bagno ampio. La casa è nuova, infissi in vetrocamera che garantivano insonorizzazione durante la notte, cosa non di poco conto visto che le camere danno sulla strada.
− Il forno a microonde non funzionava nonostante i ripetuti tentativi, le stoviglie e le pentole, soprattutto, non erano ben pulite e questa, per me, è stata una grande pecca che, spero, sia stata una tantum. Tovaglia da tavola assente, nel cassetto abbiamo trovato delle tovagliette in bambù inutilizzabili in quanto completamente rotte e, nonostante ciò, erano state lasciale lì. Pulizia della casa nel complesso da migliorare.

− Faltan algunos utensilios de cocina y de limpieza. Tiene una lavadora portátil que no es muy cómoda para usar.
