Clean and friendly staff, but noise disturbance would deter me from rebooking.
7.0Clean, new renovations, large bathroom with great shower
− Residents above were very loud for long periods of time. Consistently bouncing basketball and heavy walking/running. Luckily they were fairly quiet at night, but wouldn’t stay here again due to noise disturbances.
The balcony with view of a small canal was a highlight!
9.0The accommodation was in a quiet street but close to many good restaurants and cafes where locals go to.
− The accommodation is quiet for Venice but I just want to point out that sounds from boats travelling on the canal or from the people upstairs and next door can be disturbing for some guests.
Excellent location, great balance between modern, nice and quiet and close to everything.
10.0It really modern but in a charming neighborhood and beautiful street, such a great combination. Walking distance from everything yet nice and quiet. Just perfect. We arrived early and they let us check in at 12pm which was great.
− Nothing, everything was great
Ci siamo trovati bene!
9.0Moderno, pulito, ottimo gusto.
− Mancata elettricità.
