Abusive, nasty host. This place is a dive - don't be fooled by the photos. Freezing, uncomfortable.
1.0The location was reasonable.
− - The host was abusive and hostile - The house was freezing and heat pumps did nothing for downstairs bedrooms (plus their electric blankets didnt work) -Shower head was broken. - Electricity circuit board kept blowing (attempted to engage with host who called me "a whiny, incompetent princess") - Light fitting hanging off wall with exposed wiring. Same for a plug socket in bedroom. - Only one smoke detector in hallway - all others had been removed - Old, unusable fry pans - Major ant problem in most areas of the house - Uncomfortable lounges - only room for 5 - Beer cans found underneath one of the beds - Host more concerned with asthetic decor than comfort and functionality

− Thought it had a fireplace going by the photos but it doesn't.

− No fireplace as advertised. Quite a cold house. Although two ACs very welcome. Had a bad ant problem in the kitchen. Oven and microwave were not very clean.

9.0Fantastic location. Beautiful home. Kitchen well stocked with enough plates etc for 8 people for a week. Upon arrival and finding lighting on the stairs was not working properly. The owners soon rectified this by placing sensor lights up the stairway, which was much appreciated. Very easy to communicate with.
− Extra hand towels and bath mat would have been handy for 8 people for a week. Second toilet (outside), light didn't work and door did not close. No hanging space in single beds room. No dish cloth to use to wipe benches. There was rubbish left in some of the drawers in bedrooms.
