Bad Experience
3.0Location was okay, but difficult to find taxi /auto for going to the market. Spacious property, though under utilised.
− Staff was rude. Receptionist was very impolite to talk, also she refused to get our room clean. We had to ask several times for cleaning. She was behaving very mean & unkind. Rooms were small & not properly maintained. Complimentary bathroom accessories were insufficient.Soap, slippers, conditioner & vanity kit not provided. Mattress wasn’t comfortable. Swimming pool was empty for 3 days of our stay, Breakfast was very basic & average. Restaurant lacks cleanliness. I regret booking my stay here, they have several properties in Lonavala, I hope other ones are better.
Quick getaway
6.0A last minute trip to Lonavala and thankfully Meritas just about had a room available! The location of the property is alright but the property itself is lovely with all its surroundings greenery. The rooms are okay with a very interesting layout planned.
