1.0− Ik reisde samen met mijn kinderen en ben na het inchecken binnen ongeveer een uur weer uitgecheckt, omdat de kamer in een onacceptabele staat verkeerde. De kamer rook erg muf, er was schimmel aanwezig, overal lag stof en er hingen spinnenwebben. De wc was geel en erg vies. Ook de kussens roken muf en waren geel verkleurd. De hygiëne was zo slecht dat ik mijn kinderen daar niet kon laten slapen en het onverantwoord vond om in deze kamer te blijven. Ik heb dit direct gemeld bij de receptie en aangegeven dat de kamer smerig was en dat ik daarom uitcheckte. De enige reactie die ik kreeg was: “Sorry.” Er werd geen andere kamer aangeboden en ook geen andere oplossing. Door de slechte staat van de kamer moest ik op het laatste moment een ander hotel boeken, wat voor veel stress en extra kosten zorgde.

10.0I had a wonderful stay! The property is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The swimming pool was relaxing, the atmosphere was peaceful, and the traditional Balinese design made the experience even more special. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. It’s a perfect place to relax and enjoy a quiet vacation.
− Honestly, there wasn’t much to complain about. Everything was well organized and comfortable. If I had to mention one thing, the Wi-Fi could be a little stronger in some areas, but it didn’t affect my overall experience.
