Wir kommen wir wieder, die Stadt hat uns sehr gefallen und wir müssen die Kirchen noch besichtigen..
8.0die Begrüßung und der Service waren sehr gut, überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Wunsch nach einem zusätzlichen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage wurde nach engagierten Bemühen des Rezeptionisten prompt erfüllt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig, mit allem, was das Herz und der Magen begehrt. Es standen auch Tische für größere Gruppen zur Verfügung, und das Personal war sehr bemüht, alle Wünsche zu erfüllen.
− ...im Hotel gab es nichts zu bemängeln. Den Besuch der Stadt Hameln betreffend war sehr bedauerlich, dass die Hauptkirchen nicht bzw. sehr eingeschränkt geöffnet hatten, so dass wir keine der angesteuerte Kirchen von innen gesehen haben.

8.0Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption. Vielen Dank dafür. Ist heutzutage ja eher die lobenswerte Ausnahme.
− Vorhänge defekt, Wasserhahn am Handwaschbecken hat getropft.

5.0The location in the heart of the old town is ideal and easy to get to.
− Continental breakfast with limited choice (no hot food) Although a hotel it is really a bed and breakfast type establishment. The bedrooms are pretty basic but spotlessly clean and comfortable. Reception closes early and there are no staff available during night hours. Room key acts to open night entrance located at the rear in small side street.
