3.0La situación con respecto al centro, pero aún así no está cerca,y es un barrio bastante deprimido.

10.0I reserved the place 3 times and have been there twice (second time it was for a family member). I stayed in a two-bed room, very nice and clean, with a small bathroom. There was access to a shared kitchen that had all the basic appliances + a washing machine (pretty useful as the outside temperatures were 30+ during the day). The bed was large and comforable, the room had all the necessary furniture + a mini fridge that was equally appreciated. The yard is also pleasant. I will come back if I find the place available anytime.
− The only thing that could have been better was the AC unit - either it needs to have the filter changed (or something else) or the heat was so intense that it could not beat it. This could have been bad if we had to stay inside during the day. However, we used the room rather as a dormitory, and during the night time we simply left the window open and the room cooled a little in the early morning.

10.0Promptitudinea gazdei de a mi inmana cheile - 1 minut dupa ce am trimis mesaj ca am ajuns. Am putut sa aleg camera la parter. Camera mare, utilata orespunzator, curatenie, pat confortabil, liniste ( desi imobilul e situat in Centru, paralel cu Bld. Unirii), magazine alimentare si statie de autobus foarte aproape, Bucataria utilata si dotata cu toate cele necesare, iar cafeaua din partea gazdei. Curtea interioara amenajata frumos, flori (avantajul verii), se poate sta in curte. Multumesc, cu sigranta voi reveni daca voi avea nevoie de cazare in Capitală!
