8.0The place is nice and not the common cabin concept, the building is modern but still a work in progress. The windows allow for a beautiful view, however, it is located by a saw mill that starts work at 5:30 am so be ready for the loud noise. The appliances are new it is convenient if traveling with the family, the TV works fine the signal is weak but it is the provider besides who wants to watch TV with so much to do around. I believe it will be better once the units are finished. The owner replies in a timely manner, we asked for towels and the housekeeper delivered within the hour. If booking please know that the place is OK but rather rustic and it may be a bit overpriced maybe because it’s advertised as a VIP stay? Anyway, we had a great time visiting Mazamitla.

4.0I liked that it was spacious with full kitchen but the place was not clean. The bed sheets smelled and appeared to be dirty. The showe curtain was super dirty. The pillows had mold on them. Once i complained to the staff about the dirtyness, they were not happy to give us clean sheets and shower curtain. I would never stay here again and do not recommend it.
