10.0The accessibility to the restaurant, bar, pool and especially beach was extremely convenient. Steve at the restaurant/bar was extremely nice, definitely made us feel welcome! Rooms were clean! We had a lovely stay!

2.0Very outdated. The room had water dripping from the ceiling onto our bed. We gave then the chance to come up with a solution to compensate us. At first excuses about hotel management not being there. So First there was nothing and then they came up with a discount On our next stay with them If we boom direct with them. Insane that they could not provide normal customer service and offer a free meal or refund. Suposevily they locally could not decide and had to be with the main office and then when we were gone They came up with this ridiculous discount
