The worest 5 star ever punshment eith high cost

− Every thing was not acceptable that includes reception, rooms sizes &cleanness , breakfast restaurant & staff with no Halal food. They were dealing with every one harshly and shouting most of the time. It costly punishment in the past 4 night spent in what so called 5 star hotel
great location but not a five star hotel have stayed at many hotels in singapore

Ticketing counter closes at 6pm, please approach the staff at the turnstiles for assistance.
