− The shower was terrible as in no pressure whatsoever. It dribbled, you didn’t get wet and you couldn’t because there wasn’t enough water coming out to get the shampoo/conditioner out. Everything else was fine the rooms were clean and tidy, staff were lovely, we just wish we were told about the shower so we could have made a decision based on that and would have been prepared
Very Cold
2.0Great Location to Ice Rink and Camping Ground
− We arrived and our room was so cold. We turned on the heat pump and went out for an hour or two so it would warm up. When we came back our heat pump had been turned off. Room was cold. This was a regular occurrence throughout our stay for the week. My elderly parents were staying in another unit and their heat pump was being turned off also. My dad is going to be 80 this month. Was very disappointing. If they were worried about their power bill in winter I would rather be warm and pay extra. Units were extremely cold and there is no heating in the bathroom. Shower pressure is terrible starts off hot then water turns warm. It was as through there was a restriction on hot water. Would possibly stay here again in the summer but definitely not the winter months.
As it says on the tin, it is a clean and simple motel. But too dear for what they are offering.
