− Instalações no banheiro, como chuveiro, tampa do vaso sanitário quebrada, sabonete etc. O quarto tb é muito grande e pouco funcional. Guarda roupas ruim, sem controle remoto da TV, só do moden, com geladeira desligada um canto, sem criado mudo

Alguns colaboradores necessitam de treinamento.
5.0− Não gostei do atendimento de uma funcionária da recepção, ela me deu a chave de um quarto que já tinha hóspede e quando fui reclamar ela foi muito mal educada e, duvidou que tinha gente no quarto e queria que eu esperasse ela resolver a situação para liberar outro quarto para mim, solicitei que fizesse a liberação do quarto e depois ela resolvesse o problema porque não queria esperar.

7.0O apto 206 tem problema elétrico e ficamos sem energia no quarto a noite inteira; havia energia no restante dos apartamentos. Nos informaram há um problema de instabilidade na energia do apto e só soubemos no check out. Achei desonesto o hotel porque nos locaram sabendo do problema.
