AMAZING! Staying at Lucho’s Ecoaventuras Amazonicas was the highlight of our one month trip in Peru this June! We booked in for the 4 days 3 nights program and didn’t want to leave so ended up staying an extra night and day! Lucho is an amazing host, guide, and person in general! His passion for protecting the Amazon was inspiring. Thanks also victor and Alvaro (sorry if I misspelt!) for being brilliant guides and photographers and also Juan for your hospitality! Stay here if you’re looking for an authentic amazon experience with people who are passionate about what they do. It’s a sustainable lodge where they grow their own food and the food prepared was always plenty and a true taste of local food which was delicious. We stayed in our own little hut and woke up several mornings with monkeys and red squirrels in the trees outside our window netting. Lucho was a great guide on night walks and very helpful booking other activities in the area like seeing lake Sandoval. The resident macaw Pepón was a real character and also another highlight to add to the long list! We recommend staying here x 100! We’ll be back again for sure! Can’t thank them enough for the priceless experience! Kerry & Daniella (from Australia)

This is totally unique and if you are considering this lodge do not look any further. Lucho is passionate about his business and works so hard to ensure everyone has a great time. We stayed for 3 nights and managed to do everything on the 4 day programme and loved it all. The food is amazing and the location is incredible and as long as you go expecting high humidity levels and to get stuck in with all the adventures you will love it. I am still missing lying in my comfortable bed under a mosquito net listening to the sounds of the jungle or the water dripping off the trees after overnight rain. Thank you Lucho for everything.
