2.0Not allow to bring foods and drinks. It's cheaper to book at the hotel coz they charge 200 pesos for 12 hrs or 300 pesos for 24 hrs, you can save double at booking online. Same owner to Flor-Al pension house in Butuan City. Never again
Please Change Towels
10.0It was very good stay. Cheap room but towels and bed sheets should be replaced each day of a stay if customers are staying more than 1 day... Please provide hangers also for our clothings..

8.0I like the location but the staff maybe not informed of the arrangement as i have booked a room good for two then with extra person but they only provide towels and blankets for two. Then they told me that i need to pay extra for the extra person but later on they said no need to pay.

10.0there's comfort in the place....may i request that toilet paper must be provided. and a wifi password be given upon check-in. There must be a choice of drinks in their breakfast. Juice must not be compulsory. Coffee must be one of the options.
