10.0كانت إقامة راقية ومريحة بكل المقاييس. الفندق جميل وأنيق، ومنذ لحظة الوصول استقبلوني بمنشفة باردة ومشروب ترحيبي، بالإضافة إلى حسن الضيافة والابتسامة من جميع الموظفين. عند استلام الغرفة، لاحظت للأسف وجود رائحة غير مستحبة، لكن بمجرد إبلاغ طاقم الفندق تم تغيير الغرفة فورًا بكل احترافية وسرعة، وهو ما يعكس اهتمامهم براحة النزلاء. موقع الفندق ممتاز، وخدمة صف السيارات سريعة ومنظمة، كما أن الأجواء هادئة ومناسبة للاسترخاء. بشكل عام كانت تجربة جميلة، وأشكر فريق العمل على تعاملهم الراقي وسرعة استجابتهم.
