7.0Everything was very good and well presented. The breakfast in Pala restaurant was a particular highlight. The pool was also enjoyable to spend time in and towels were very plentiful. Room service was frequent and thorough.
− The price was not justified, despite a very good overall experience. Generally you will have to pay more as well for food and experiences.

10.0An unforgettable stay at The Apurva Kempinski Bali Our stay at The Apurva Kempinski Bali was truly unforgettable. What makes it even more special is that it was a last-minute booking — we had originally planned to stay somewhere else, but we are now so incredibly thankful that we changed our plans. It turned out to be one of the best decisions we could have made. From the moment we arrived, the hotel completely exceeded our expectations. It is absolutely breathtaking. The architecture, the atmosphere and the attention to detail throughout the resort are simply wow. Our room was beautiful, luxurious and incredibly comfortable, and the pools were spectacular. The food was wonderful too, with plenty of choice and everything we tried being beautifully presented and delicious. But what really made our stay stand out was the exceptional service and the people. Every member of staff we encountered was warm, welcoming and genuinely attentive. A very special shout-out to Aryel and Dewa Adi, who looked after our room and went above and beyond throughout our stay. Our room was always absolutely spotless, smelled incredible, and was continually replenished with everything we needed. Their attention to detail did not go unnoticed and made such a difference to our experience. Thank you both for taking such wonderful care of us. The Apurva Kempinski is more than just a beautiful hotel — it is an experience. We left feeling incredibly grateful that our last-minute change of plans brought us here, and we honestly couldn't have wished for a better stay. We loved every minute and would return in a heartbeat. If you're considering staying here, don't hesitate — this place is truly something special.

9.0The property was breathtaking and our son absolutely loved everything about this place. The rooms were spacious and Pala restaurant for breakfast was delicious. Very well managed and best service I can recall in a long time.
