4.0It was convenient to Yellowstone.
− I did not know that there was no air conditioning and when we asked at the front desk how to operate it we were told to open the windows. Really, sleep with the windows open on the first floor in a strange place...I don't think so. I was miserable even with just a sheet on. The internet did not work. It would work for a few mins and then it would say connected with no internet.

1.0My wife was not happy with this place. We ended up not staying. We would loke to be reimbursed.
− My wife was not happy. They did not have the room ready when we arrived. They did not have power to the hotel. Did not have a/c. My wife said the room seemed dirty. We then checked out at 430/500 and drove 2 1/2 hours to Gardiner MT to look for a place to stay. We would like our money back from this hotel/lodge
It could have been worse! Would not recommend to others

− No coffee in the room, and the coffee machine in the lobby was out of coffee. The employee I ask for more coffee didn’t know what to do.

Buena ubicación para entrar a Yellowstone y nada más.
4.0Lo mejor la ubicación y cercanía a la entrada del Parque de Yellowstone. También cercanía a otros lugares dentro del Bosque Nacional.
− El personal, muy ausente y poco colaborador. Tuvimos que esperar bastante para hacer el check-in, estaban dentro y sabía que estábamos esperando pero parecía darles igual. En el pueblo no hay nada de cobertura y el WIFI iba muy muy mal...solo se sonreían y decían que era lo que había. La limpieza de la habitación era aceptable.
