− Muito barulho dos outros quartos. Parecia que o barulho era dentro do quarto e as paredes de drywall.

− Não tinha shampoo no banheiro (o hotel não disponibiliza). A caixa de descarga do vaso sanitário não estava funcionando. Precisei encher com a duchinha! Tv com canais limitados.

1.0− Chegando lá não tinha vaga no hotel e falaram que eu não tinha feito a reserva, que não tinha nada no sistema deles. Pior, eu já ajvia realizado o pagamento. Pedi cancelamento no aplicativo do booking, pois não foi possível dormir lá e não por um problema meu e ignoraram o pedido. Conclusão, perdi 600,00. Inclusive falaram que quem faz reserva pelo booking não tem como pagar antecipado, o que não é verdade. Estou aqui no prejuízo.
