Property was fine - but we didn’t stay the night as had a late flight out

− Didn’t have much of a sea view and the couch was very low and bouncy. I feel the pool could be set up to enjoy better with loungers and furniture out….

Overall it was a good accomodation to stay for a couple of days.

The location is central, close to the airport, and 10 min walk to the beach. The staff is warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful from check-in to check-out. They even let us in earlier because we arrived a couple hours prior check-in. The staff were always happy to assist with any questions or requests, and their professionalism and kindness made us feel valued as a guest.

− The biggest issue was a strong sewage smell that was noticeable throughout parts of the property, including our room. While the room itself was reasonably clean, the odour significantly affected the overall experience. I hope the hotel addresses this issue as soon as possible, as it has the potential to provide a much better experience once this problem is resolved.

Beautiful view with all amenities needed Inna great location.

− The water pump outside room 4 kept us up a lot during our nights stay, it was switching ok and off all night.

Mayla and Saabba are so helpful. They were eager to.assist answering my questions. The transport booked to the airport was a good choice. Once again Saabba was exceptionally helpful. It is best to.book with them.to.and.from.the.airport because it is a long and.steep.road.

− The fact that I had to.walk from.the.nedroom.each time up the stairs to use the bathroom or toilet.

The service was outstanding and the room was perfect for us.

We had a late flight but someone was waiting for us to arrive and helped with our luggage to our room. Amazing service!
