Beautiful lodges in a stunning location!
10.0Great lodges to stay in- really quiet and secluded spot but easy to access local villages and towns. Katie was brilliant- she got in contact after we cancelled 1 of the 3 lodges we had booked to ensure the right ones were still booked and was really responsive. The lodges are stunning- the photos really do not do them justice. They had everything we needed and more!

10.0The lodges were impeccable. It felt like rustic luxury the moment we went in the front door. We were able to wake up to deer outside the bedroom window, and watch squirrels run about. And having a hot tub to have a drink in the evening looking up at the stars and night sky was amazing. James and Katie were really lovely and accommodating. We can't wait to come back!
− I wish we had access to a dustpan and brush just to be able to tidy up a bit during our stay a bit more. I also needed to ask for another duvet (which they were kind enough to provide literally the same day) as I found the mattress a teeny bit too firm.

− Hot tub capped at 40 degrees so not quite hot enough. Sofa and bed were not comfortable.

5.0The cabin itself was beautiful, clean, and peaceful. I was really looking forward to enjoying my stay. However, the receptionist’s attitude completely ruined the experience. She was extremely rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. When I explained that my Uber was late and that’s why I checked out at 11 instead of 10, her response was simply, “That’s your problem, not mine.” No empathy, no basic hospitality. I’ve never been treated this poorly in any place I’ve stayed at. It’s sad that such a beautiful location is represented by someone who doesn’t understand how to speak to guests with basic respect.
