The wprst I have seen so far
1.0Big disapointment. First of all, we didn’t get the room we reserved and paid for in advance. Actually the room they gave us, wasn’t even in this hotel. They didn’t even ask if this was ok for us. Then, when we arrive to the hotel and found our room, it looked like it was not supposed to be for customers. There was laundry racks in front of the door which we had to move to get in. When we saw the room, I wanted to cry. I paid 1587 baht and the room was dirty, sheets was dirty and broken, no tv, no fridge. Bed was stone hard. We didn’t want to stay in that room and we had to book another hotel. And then we also had to fight for the refund and tell the hotel that if they don’t accept our free cancellation, we will have to call the police.
