− The staff need to be more prepared to welcome the guests , more active , rooms are ok but they must provide different pillow for a good rest

8.0− Parking is an issue if you are leaving the car all day....not much choice but to pay a "long term" or drive about 2.5 km to a free parking place outdoors with no surveillance. Near the Hotel is a 2 hours free on the wharf. That's the only downside
