3.0− 洗面台の水道が不調で直すように頼んだがきちんと直せずに滞在中不便だった。 床のカーペットも汚れていて裸足で歩いたあとバスタブで足を洗うと真っ黒な汚れが落ちた。その後は滞在中は靴を脱げない状態になった。

− The facilities are in much need of upkeep. Maid service was not provided on the second day. It is just a very cheap hotel and it shows no closet space to hang any clothes up

1.0− Giant cockroach was in room, response was oh we'll have someone come spray. I had to say no because i didn't want to be sleeping in chemicals.

− Dirty bedding; was asked to give an additional $50 cash deposit to have the tv remote.
