− Parking is tough. Road Construction right in front of apartment. No ac in entrance and hallway. Unit is on 4th floor. No ac in stairway or elevator. Elevator is very small. Side note address of unit I booked via booking.com did not match address of unit I rated at. It was explained that booking.com only allows one address to be used for multiple apartments they rent. The apartment we stayed at did match the pictures of the unit we originally rented however the actual location was different. I was not informed of the discrepancies until the day before we were checking in.

10.0The owner arranged our airport transfer which was very convenient (at additional fee). Despite our flight being delayed by an hour, he was happy to personally met us at the apartment after 1 am. He warmly welcomed us and took the time to explain how everything worked. The welcome basket was also a lovely and much-appreciated touch. We stayed in the three-bedroom Premium Apartment at Viale delle Milizie 9, which has two bathrooms. It is a historic apartment that has been tastefully renovated, combining high ceilings and classic character with a modern interior. The location is perfect. The Vatican is just a 10-minute walk away, while Ottaviano Metro Station is only a 5-minute walk from the apartment. From there, it is easy to reach Roma Termini in around 10 minutes, with convenient connections to other parts of Rome. The Leonardo Express also provides a fast connection to the airport, taking around 30 minutes from Roma Termini to Rome Fiumicino Airport. The apartment is very spacious and well equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a hairdryers, washing machine, an iron and and a coffee maker. The air conditioning worked very well, which was especially appreciated in the 40°C heat. There are also plenty of excellent restaurants and cafés in the surrounding area. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone planning a trip to Rome!

9.0Très bel accueil de notre hôte Valentina, disponible et de bon conseil. L’appartement est proche du Vatican et du Métro pour rejoindre le centre de Rome. Pour les marcheurs tout se fait à pieds sans problème.
− Manque de place pour manger tous ensemble dans le logement que nous avions.

10.0Tolles Appartement mit großzügiger Terrasse nicht weit vom Vatikan. Sehr netter Gastgeber, der bei der Schlüsselübergabe gute Tips gegeben hat. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, die Betten gemütlich. Die Ausstattung war ordentlich, aber es gibt innen nur Sitzgelegenheiten und einen Esstisch für 4 Personen. Bei voller Belegung dürfte das knapp werden. Die Wohnung liegt ganz oben im Haus, quasi auf dem Dach. Ein Fahrstuhl bringt einen in den sechsten Stock und man läuft noch eine Treppe nach oben. Die Lage ist top! Man ist schnell bei der U-Bahn oder zum Vatikan gelaufen. Um die Ecke gibt es günstige Supermärkte. Trotzdem ist es recht ruhig. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.
− An ein paar kleinen Ecken im Badezimmer an der Decke breitet sich der Schimmel aus. Da sollte man mal ran. Das reicht aber nicht, den positiven Gesamteindruck zu schmälern, da sonst alles sauber war!
