− Beds could use an upgrade, they are very hard. Also the one we stayed in could have used a couple more seats.

10.0Gorgeous and spacious apartment and amazing location! I absolutely loved our little balcony and watching the gondolas pass by . There is also a supermarket around the corner as well as a great wine bar and gelato bar!

10.0na základě telefonického rozhovoru byla zavolána osoba v ubytování a klíče předala spolu s apartmánem. Apartmán naprosto jedinečný, skvělá poloha ve městě, všude blízko potraviny, obchody, památky, lodní doprava. Nejhezčí a co mne uchvátilo byla velká terasa (v apatmánu jsou dvě) ale využívali jsme jen jednu ale výhled z ní byl nádherný a sledovat lodě jak rozváží zboří nebo sledovat gondoliéry bylo nezapomenutelné. Jinak jakýkoliv problém byl vyřešen ihned a s ochotou. Komunikace s pronajímatelem úplně božská a rychlá. Tam snad někdo čeká, až bude moci vyřešit váš požadavek. Vybavení apartmány odpovídí fotkám, vybavení kuchyně dostačující (nic jiného nepotřebujete) postele pohodlné a dvě koupelny byl skvělý bonus. Nelitujeme peněz za ubytování protože to stálo za to
− jediná výtka není k ubytování ale v noci bylo spoustu komárů, proto doporučuji repelent :-) to je daň za město na vodě

10.0Un logement exceptionnel dans une bâtisse de style Vénitien. Le hall d'entrée, les escaliers, l'appartement avec vue sur un canal est à la hauteur de nos espérances. Francesco est très réactif si besoin. Quartier très calme et très bien situé.
Nádherné ubytovanie milého majiteľa a ústretového personálu
10.0Apartmán pôsobil luxusným dojmom, bolo v ňom všetko potrebné na krátkodobý i dlhodobejší pobyt. V tichom prostredí, s gondolami plávajúcimi pod oknami priestrannej obývačky. Majiteľ bol úžasný, ešte pred check-inom (prišli sme ráno po 10.00 a práve prebiehalo upratovanie po iných hosťoch) nám batožinu uložili do apartmánu, vydali od neho kľúče, vybavili všetko potrebné. Ospravedlnili sa, že apartmán nie je ešte pripravený, no už vtedy vyzeral veľmi čisto a voňal. Keď sme sa večer vrátili, bol príjemne vychladený a na stole i v chladničke nás čakala voda. V tomto ubytovaní sme sa cítili luxusne. Určite odporúčam, majiteľ je veľmi ústretový.
