10.0Stayed at Holden House for the Download festival, perfect location with the bus stop just across the road, straight to the festival. Staff were great, couldn't be more helpful, sorted our early arrival and a breakfast barm to our room the next day. Room was lovely and bed really comfortable, shower great, tea, coffee, water and a brownie all provided in the room. Would definitely stay again, thank you for making our stay so lovely.
