8.0Good clean hotel with lovely staff. Only negative is there is no heater in the rooms for the cold weather. But overall would recommend and stay again.
Adequate but could be cleaner
6.0Location was great, staff was nice and responsive, and the gardens were beautiful. Unfortunately the bedding seemed dirty and stained, and the toilet was leaking which attracted some pests... luckily the man at reception was able to quickly move us to a new room when we notified him of the issue.
