Overall nice place.
8.0It was a nice little place. It was clean and people were nice. The only problem I had was getting out early in the morning and getting in late at night. They close the door at 8pm and I think they open at 7am, but then again it makes it safer too. Also I didn't realized they close during lunch so we had a hard time getting in at midday one day and had to wait. We were in a hurry to go to my mother's funeral, so i wasn't very pleased.

6.0el personal necesita mejorar el servicio al cliente, es importante dar la cantidad de toallas para la cantidad de personas que se hace la reserva y no solicitarlas, ya que casi nunca se encuentran en el escritorio de recepcion.
