The room service was excellent—whenever we called, everything we needed was delivered promptly. The room was always neat and spotless. A special thanks to Marwan, the waiter who worked the night shift in the shisha area. He was very polite, cooperative, and attentive, ensuring everything we requested was provided on time. His excellent service made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you Mabrouk see you soon

Be careful if you are from Pakistan. Carry room key everywhere to avoid hassle
6.0Friends reception, restaurant and breakfast staff
− Security staff , kept asking me if I am Pakistan origin , I explained that I am Indian, not an issue fir me after which , I was grabbed by my r shirt and almost assaulted. Kept saying Pakistan which hotel you staying , During my stay, I was asked to produce my room key everywhere . Others walked in with no problem. I was staying for three nights on my own with no guests visiting. It’s clear they have had a problem with a particular country. I do not think it was personal.

− Notre chambre côté piscine (qui n'est hélas pas utilisée en tant que piscine!?) avec des fêtards et une musique trop forte jusqu'au petit matin. Lieu bruyant, fatiguant et parfois mal fréquenté "Hôtel pour adultes"... et casino jouxtant l'hôtel. Vraiment tout sauf reposant

− Less Music During The Day Would Be Nice. Sometimes It Can Be Late But Thats Because They Have Pool Side/Club Lounge
