10.0No geral foi uma hospedagem excelente. A equipe foi atenciosa e simpática e nos permitiu deixar as nossas malas armazenadas após o check out até a noite. Pontos de melhoria: nosso quarto teve uma questão com o teto esfarelar (caiam pequenas partes dele), acredito que por ser uma cabana... Também sugerimos colocar mais opções vegetarianas/veganas no café da manhã (eu e meu namorado somos veganos e não tinha muita variedade, exceto por algumas frutas e pão com geleia).

4.0I stayed in the cave room. Room was very hot and humid. The old fan they provided was not enough to keep the room cool. There were termites in the bathroom next to the hand sink. Stayed for 5 days. Only was offered room service for 2 days. I had to empty my own bin a number of times. Good location and great roof top location for the hot air balloons. Room & service was poor quality.
