10.0The hosts Johan and Henda were amazing,very smooth check in process,very smooth check out process. I was given a jar of milk during check-in to put in my coffee and tea. The room was very clean and the TV had many channels to choose from. It was also in a quiet neighborhood which was really important as I was able to catch up on work with no noise distractions. I had a special request which Henda was very accommodating of and honored. If ever I was back in East London I would definitely stay here again.
